Reveille onboarding terms
Version: . Effective when published for live onboarding.
1. Operator and scope
Reveille is operated by Keith Klaus, an individual using the Reveille name. Contact: keith@reveille.work. These terms cover the Reveille website, waitlist and workspace application process. They do not provide a workspace-service agreement or authorize access to your business mailbox or other connected systems.
2. Who may apply
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you describe. Give accurate information, keep your Google account secure, and provide only information you have permission to share. If you provide other people's names, roles or contact details, provide any notice and obtain any permission required by applicable law.
3. Applications and workspace availability
Joining the waitlist or submitting an application is free. It does not guarantee approval, reserve an address indefinitely, create a paid subscription, or promise a free workspace. We may ask questions, decline an application or confirm a different address. Workspace availability, charges, service commitments and connected-data permissions must be agreed separately before activation. The application form itself does not connect your mailbox or invite your team.
4. Application information
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You permit us and our service providers to store, validate, display privately, review and export it as necessary to handle your application and prepare an approved workspace. Sign-up does not collect logos; the Owner adds branding in Settings › Company after first sign-in, outside this application process. Our onboarding privacy policy explains the information we collect and its handling.
5. Acceptable use
Do not impersonate someone, apply without business authority, submit unlawful or malicious material, attempt to access another applicant's information, or disrupt the site. Do not put passwords, API keys, government identifiers, payment-card details, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information in application free-text fields. We may restrict access to protect the service or address misuse.
6. Review, withdrawal and communications
We send messages about your application to the Google email you use to sign in. Waitlist contact is for Reveille availability and an invitation to apply, not unrelated advertising. You can withdraw and delete an application through the site before approval, or contact keith@reveille.work with access, correction, deletion or waitlist-removal requests. Requests concerning an approved application or an activated workspace need separate handling. Withdrawal does not itself delete every account, provider, backup or export record; see the privacy policy.
7. Site availability and changes
The application site may be interrupted or changed; no uptime or approval-time guarantee is made. A development preview is not a live service agreement or an invitation to provide real applicant information. We will publish a dated version when these terms change and request acceptance of the current version for an application when required. Nothing here removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Acceptance and contact
Accepting the onboarding terms means agreeing to these terms and acknowledging that you have read the onboarding privacy policy. We record the accepted version and time with the application. Questions: keith@reveille.work.
